Snowball Cake
Snowball Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box lemon jell-o, 1 c. hot water, 1 knox gelatin packet in a little cold water, 1/2 c. sugar and 1 large can crushed pineapple, undrained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine first 5 ingredients; let set until jelled.
Whip the Dream Whip as directed on the package and fold into the jelled mixture.
In a 9 x 13-inch pan, crumble 1/2 of an angel food cake. Cover with half of the gelatin mixture.
Repeat.
Cover with Cool Whip.
Sprinkle coconut on top.
Refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
Serves 15.
