Snowball Cake
Snowball Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. knox gelatin, 1 can crushed pineapple, 2 pkg. knox gelatin, 1/4 c. lemon juice and 4 tbsp. cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix gelatin with 4 tablespoons cold water.
Add boiling water.
Blend well.
Add crushed pineapple, sugar and lemon juice. Chill until slightly thickened.
Prepare 2 packages Dream Whip and fold into gelatin mixture.
Cut or tear your angel food cake into tiny to medium size pieces and stir your gelatin mixture into cake pieces until well mixed.
Pour into pan or glass dish and chill overnight.
