Snowball Cake
Snowball Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. hot water, 1 c. sugar, 1 (2 lb.) can crushed pineapple, 1 large and 1 small container cool whip and 2 pkg. plain gelatin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
Add hot water.
Mix in sugar, pineapple and lemon juice.
Refrigerate until slightly thick, then fold in the large container of Cool Whip.
Break cake into chunks. Alternate layers of cake and Cool Whip.
Mix in large, foil lined bowl.
Set overnight.
Unmold and frost with small container of Cool Whip.
Sprinkle with coconut.
