Snowball Cake
Snowball Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. hot water, 1 c. sugar, 1 large box orange jell-o, 1 c. cold water and 1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, not drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
Add sugar and dissolve.
Add cold water to Jell-O mixture.
Then add pineapple, Mandarin oranges and coconut.
Put in refrigerator until partly jelled. Then add Cool Whip; mix well.
