Snowball Cake
Snowball Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small pkg. lemon jell-o, 1 c. boiling water, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 small can crushed pineapple and 1 medium angel cake, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Pour water over Jell-O.
Add sugar; stir well.
Drain can of pineapple.
Add orange juice to pineapple juice to make 3/4 cup liquid and add to Jell-O.
Refrigerate.
When partly set, beat with beater.
Take 2 cups of Cool Whip and the pineapple and add this to Jell-O.
Line a bowl with Saran Wrap.
Fill the bowl with alternate layers of cake and Cool Whip mixture.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Turn upside-down and frost with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with coconut.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
