Lightly grease and flour 3 (8-inch) cake pans; set aside. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Blend until moistened; beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.

Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
