Snow Ball Candy
Snow Ball Candy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans angel flake coconut (7 oz.), 2 boxes powdered sugar, 1 stick margarine, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 c. pecans, chopped fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix all white ingredients; form balls.
You may put canned cherries in the ball.
Let them drain first.
Let set 1 hour in icebox or until hard.
Melt in double boiler 2 packages chocolate chips and 1/8 pound of paraffin.
Dip balls in paraffin mixture; let stand on waxed paper until set.
