Snow Ball Cake
Snow Ball Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 pkg. unflavored gelatin, 2 1/2 c. sliced pineapple, drained, 1 c. sugar, 5 pkg. whipped topping and 1 angel food cake, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Dissolve gelatin in 5 tablespoons water.
Add 1 cup boiling water.
Add pineapple, sugar and lemon juice.
Mix well. Refrigerate until thick.
Whip 4 packages whipped topping.
Break cake into bite-sized pieces.
Add cake to topping.
Add nuts and vanilla.
Add to refrigerated mixture.
Transfer to buttered tube pan.
Refrigerate overnight.
Whip remaining topping.
Ice cake.
Sprinkle with coconut.
