Snow Ball Cake
Snow Ball Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 envelopes gelatin, unflavored, 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. lemon juice, 1 large angel food cake, torn in pieces and 4 tbsp. cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
Add 1 cup boiling water, sugar, salt, pineapple and juice.
Chill until thickened.
Prepare 2 packages dessert topping according to directions.
Fold into gelatin mixture.
Fold in cake pieces.
Place in 9 x 13-inch pan. Chill overnight.
Prepare remaining topping, put on cake and sprinkle with coconut.
