Sno-Ball Cake
Sno-Ball Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin, 4 tbsp. cold water, 1 (no. 2) can crushed pineapple, 3 envelopes dram whip and 1 can angel flake coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
Add boiling water until dissolved.
Add sugar, lemon juice, pineapple and juice.
Chill until partly firm.
Whip 2 envelopes of Dream Whip (as directed on package).
Fold into gelatin mixture.
Line large bowl with aluminum foil.
Break cake into pieces; add layer for layer of angel food cake and gelatin mixture.
Chill overnight.
Remove from bowl by laying plate on top.
Turn upside-down.
Mix other package of Dream Whip and spread over cake.
Put coconut all over the cake. Top with red or green maraschino cherries cut in half.
May also use 9 x 13-inch pan.
