Snitzel Beans is an easy dinner. Made with 2 cans french-style beans (green), 5 slices bacon, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 c. vinegar and 1 small onion, chopped fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Fry bacon until crisp; drain.
Add sugar and vinegar to drippings.
After onion has been sauteed, pour over beans and simmer for 20 minutes.
Crumble in bacon.
Set aside.
