Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. shortening, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 3/4 c. self-rising flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cream together shortening, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Sift together flour and cream of tartar; add.
Mix together, then roll into small balls. Roll them into cinnamon and sugar mixture. Makes about 5 or 6 dozen.
Bake at 350Β° for 5 to 7 minutes.
