Snickerdoodles

Mix together shortening, sugar and eggs.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Add to cream mixture.
Roll into balls.
Dip one side in mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons cinnamon. Bake on ungreased baking sheet (10 to 12 minutes) in 400Β° oven until slightly brown, but still soft.
