Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. shortening, 2 eggs, 2 tsp. cream of tartar, 1 tsp. soda and 1 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix shortening, 1 1/2 cups sugar and eggs.
Add flour, soda, salt and cream of tartar.
Chill dough.
Roll into balls the size of walnuts.
Roll in mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake until lightly browned, but still soft.
Bake at 400Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
