Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2 3/4 c. flour and 2 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Heat oven to 400Β°.
Mix shortening, 1 1/2 cups sugar and eggs thoroughly.
Blend flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Stir in.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
Roll in mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
Place 2-inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
These cookies fluff up at first, then flatten out.
Makes 6 dozen.
