Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 c. shortening, 2 3/4 c. flour and 2 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Mix together shortening, 1 1/2 cups sugar and eggs.
Add flour and cream of tartar.
Chill for 1 hour. Roll into balls.
Dip the balls into a mixture of cinnamon and 2 tablespoons sugar.
Place on cookie sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until lightly browned.
