Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. shortening, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2 3/4 c. flour and 2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix together 1 1/2 cups sugar and eggs thoroughly.
Blend flour, tartar, baking soda and salt and stir.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
Roll in mixture of 2 tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon.
Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased baking pan. Bake at 400Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
The cookies puff and then flatten.
