Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. butter, 3 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 5 1/2 c. flour and 4 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix first 3 ingredients together thoroughly.
Sift flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt together and stir in.
Chill dough; roll in size of walnuts.
Roll in mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet, 15 balls per sheet.
Bake until light brown, but still soft at 400Β° for 7 minutes.
Makes approximately 9 dozen.
