Snickerdoodles

Cream margarine and sugar on medium speed for 5 minutes.
Add eggs.
Mix thoroughly.
Mix dry ingredients.
Add to creamed mixture until well blended.
Combine 8 ounces sugar and cinnamon. Roll dough into 1-inch balls.
Roll in cinnamon and sugar.
Place in ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 375Β° for 8 to 10 minutes. These cookies puff up at first, then flatten out with a crinkled top.
