Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1/2 c. shortening, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs and 2 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix thoroughly butter, shortening, sugar and eggs.
Blend in remaining ingredients.
Shape dough by rounded teaspoon into balls.
Roll in a mixture of sugar/cinnamon.
Place 2-inches apart on cookie sheet.
Bake until set (approximately 8 to 10 minutes) at 400Β°.
Remove from cookie sheet immediately.
