Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 3/4 c. flour, 1 c. shortening, butter or margarine, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs and 2 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix shortening, sugar eggs well; in separate bowl mix flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.
Gradually add flour mixture to shortening mixture and combine thoroughly. Shape into 1 inch balls; into 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons cinnamon that have together. Place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
