Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. soft shortening or butter, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2 3/4 c. sifted flour and 2 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix first 3 ingredients together.
Sift together remaining ingredients and stir into first mixture.
Roll into balls.
Roll balls into mixture of 2 teaspoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Place balls on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake until lightly brown, but still soft at 400Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
