Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. soft shortening, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2 3/4 c. flour and 2 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix shortening, sugar and eggs together.
Sift together remaining ingredients.
Blend the 2 mixtures.
Roll into balls the size of walnuts.
Then roll in a mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
These cookies puff up at first, then flatten with a wrinkled top.
Yields 5 dozen.
