Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. butter, softened, 1/2 c. shortening, 2 eggs and 2 3/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Heat oven to 400Β°.
Mix 1 1/2 cups sugar, margarine, shortening and eggs in large bowl.
Stir in flour, tartar, soda and salt. Shape dough by rounded teaspoonfuls into balls.
Mix sugar and cinnamon.
Roll balls in mixture.
Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake until golden brown.
Makes about 6 dozen cookies.
