Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. shortening, 2 eggs, 2 tsp. cream of tartar, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 2 3/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine liquid ingredients in a large bowl.
Add dry mixture of flour, cream of tartar and salt.
Blend well and chill dough overnight.
Roll into small balls and roll in mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 400Β° for 7 to 8 minutes. Cool on rack.
Makes 48 to 60 cookies.
