Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an impressive dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 10 minutes. Made with c. butter or margarine, softened, c. shortening, c. sugar, eggs and c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat oven to 400Β°.
Mix butter, shortening, 1 1/2 cups sugar and eggs.
Blend in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Shape into balls.
Mix 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon. Roll balls in mixture.
Place 2-inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes 6 dozen cookies.
