Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. soft shortening (part butter), 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2 3/4 c. flour and 2 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix shortening, sugar and eggs.
Blend.
Add remaining ingredients.
Roll in balls the size of walnuts .
Roll balls in a mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
Place on ungreased baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
Bake at 200Β° for about 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes about 5 dozen.
