Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. shortening, 1/2 c. butter, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs and 2 3/4 c. sifted flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cream together shortening, butter, sugar and eggs.
Sift together and stir in flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt.
Roll into balls.
Roll in mixture of 3 tablespoons sugar and 3 teaspoons cinnamon.
Place 2-inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 8 minutes.
