Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. sugar, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In large mixing bowl, cream sugar and margarine with a wooden spoon.
Beat in egg and vanilla.
In small bowl, stir together flour, salt, baking soda and cream of tartar.
Stir into butter mixture until well mixed.
In same small bowl combine 2 tablespoons sugar and the cinnamon.
Turn oven to 375Β°.
