Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 1 c. soft shortening, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 1/2 c. flour and 1 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cream the shortening and 1/2 cup sugar together.
Add the eggs (well beaten). Sift dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture. When well blended, chill and shape into walnut size balls. Roll in 2 tablespoons cinnamon and 2 tablespoons sugar mixture.
Place 2-inches apart on cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes at 400Β°.
