Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. soft margarine, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2 3/4 c. flour and 2 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix together thoroughly the margarine, sugar and eggs.
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.
Stir the dry ingredients into the first mixture. Roll dough into walnut-sized balls and roll in cinnamon/sugar mixture.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet at 375Β°.
