Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. margarine or butter, softened, 1/2 c. shortening, 2 eggs and 2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oven to 375Β°.
Mix first 4 ingredients.
Stir in flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt. Shape dough into 1 to 1 1/2-inch balls. Roll balls into cinnamon-sugar mixture until coated.
Place 2-inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake until set, 6 to 8 minutes.
Immediately remove from cookie sheet.
Makes about 6 dozen.
