Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. sugar, 1/2 c. butter or oleo, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 1 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
In large bowl, cream the 3/4 cup sugar and oleo with a wooden spoon.
Beat in the egg and vanilla.
Add flour, salt, baking soda and cream of tartar.
Stir until well mixed.
Combine the 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls and roll in the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
Place balls 2-inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
