Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 3/4 c. flour, 1 tbsp. baking powder, 1 c. margarine, 1 3/4 c. sugar, divided and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Sift together flour and baking powder.
Melt margarine.
Stir in 1 1/2 cups sugar and eggs.
Gradually stir in flour mixture until a smooth, soft dough forms.
Cover tight; refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 3 days.
Mix remaining 1/4 cup sugar with cinnamon.
Make balls out of dough and roll in sugar mixture. Place 2-inches apart on greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 375Β° for 8 to 12 minutes.
