Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. soft butter, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 3/4 c. flour and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cream the first 3 ingredients.
Sift together and stir in last 4.
Chill dough.
Roll balls the size of small onions in mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in a 400Β° oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
