Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2 3/4 c. flour and 2 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oven to 375Β°.
Mix together margarine, 1 1/2 cups sugar and the eggs.
Blend in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.
Shape dough by rounded teaspoonfuls into balls.
Mix 2 tablespoons sugar and the cinnamon; roll balls in mixture.
Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Immediately remove from baking sheet.
