Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 3/4 c. flour, 1 c. butter, 1 3/4 c. sugar, divided, 1 tbsp. baking powder and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

On wax paper, stir together flour and baking powder; set aside.
In large pan, melt butter.
Remove from heat; stir in 1 1/2 cups sugar and eggs until smooth.
Gradually stir in flour mixture until a smooth dough forms.
Cover tight and refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 3 days.
Mix rest of sugar and cinnamon on wax paper.
Roll dough into balls by a teaspoon and roll in mix.
Bake at 375Β° on nonstick cookie sheet for 8 to 12 minutes.
