Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. butter, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 3/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Cream butter and 1 1/2 cups sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
Mix together flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt; blend into creamed mixture. Combine cinnamon and 2 tablespoons sugar in small bowl.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
Roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Place on greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown.
Cool on wire racks.
