Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1/2 c. shortening, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream butter, shortening, 1 1/2 cups sugar, eggs and vanilla. Sift flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt together.
Blend into creamed mixture.
Shape rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into balls. Combine 3 teaspoons sugar and cinnamon; roll balls in mixture. Bake at 400Β° for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown on ungreased cookie sheet.
