Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. shortening, 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 2 eggs, 2 3/4 c. flour and 2 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix the shortening, sugar and eggs.
Sift the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.
Mix all ingredients together except sugar-cinnamon.
Roll into balls the size of walnuts.
Roll balls in sugar-cinnamon mixture.
Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
