Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, 3 c. sugar, 1 c. shortening, 4 eggs and 5 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix butter, sugar and shortening.
Sift together flour, soda, cream of tartar and salt.
Mix together.
Form balls the size of walnuts.
Roll in mixture of 4 tablespoons sugar and 4 tablespoons cinnamon.
Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350Β°.
