Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. margarine, 1/4 c. shortening, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 egg and 1 1/2 c. sifted flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat oven to 400Β°.
Mix thoroughly first 4 ingredients.
Blend in flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt.
Shape by rounded teaspoonfuls into balls (1-inch).
Roll balls in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until set.
Immediately remove from baking sheets.
Makes 3 dozen cookies.
