Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter or margarine, 1/2 c. shortening, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, well beaten and 2 3/4 c. sifted flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream butter, shortening, oleo and sugar.
Add eggs and beat well.
Sift all dry ingredients except cinnamon and sugar; add to egg mixture.
Mix thoroughly and put in the refrigerator overnight.
Roll into balls the size of a walnut; roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 375Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
Let stand a minute before removing from cookie sheet.
Makes 5 to 6 dozen.
