Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2 3/4 c. flour and 2 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine margarine, sugar and eggs.
Add dry ingredients and mix.
Chill 1 hour.
Make dough into balls about the size of a walnut.
Roll in mixture of 2 teaspoons cinnamon and 2 tablespoons sugar.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Do not flatten.
Bake at 350Β° about 10 to 12 minutes, until just lightly browned.
