Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. soft butter, 1/2 c. soft shortening, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs and 2 3/4 c. sifted flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cream the butter, shortening, sugar and eggs.
Mix flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.
Add to the other ingredients.
Mix well. Roll into balls the size of walnuts.
Roll balls into sugar and cinnamon.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
