Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. crisco, 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 2 eggs, 2 3/4 c. flour and 2 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Beat Crisco, 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar and eggs in with an electric mixer until fluffy, then add flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt which have been sifted together and stir into Crisco mixture.
Shape dough into balls.
Roll in 3 tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon, mixed together.
Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
Do not overbake.
