Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 3/4 c. flour, 3 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 tsp. cream of tartar and 1 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix flour, salt, baking powder and cream of tartar together. Cream butter, 1/2 cup of sugar and eggs.
Add this to flour mixture.
Make balls and roll in remaining sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 400Β° for 10 minutes.
Makes 5 dozen.
