Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sweet butter, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 egg yolk, 1/2 tsp. baking soda and 1/2 c. walnut pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream butter and sugar.
Beat in whole egg and egg yolk.
Sift flour and soda with nutmeg. Mix into batter.
Fold in nuts and raisins.
Drop from teaspoon 2 inches apart onto a buttered cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Bake at 375Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes 5 dozen.
