Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. shortening, softened, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2 3/4 c. flour and 2 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream shortening, sugar and eggs.
Sift and stir in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.
Chill dough for 2 hours. Roll in small balls and drop in mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Place balls on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 min.
