Snickerdoodles
Snickerdoodles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, softened, 1/2 c. shortening, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs and 2 3/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 400Β°.
In a mixing bowl, mix thoroughly the margarine, shortening, sugar and eggs.
Blend in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls and roll in sugar-cinnamon mixture.
Place 2-inches apart on lightly greased cookie sheet (vegetable spray works well).
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until set.
Makes 3 to 4 dozen cookies.
